General terms & conditions
1. Scope
The general terms and conditions (GTC) of 2a GmbH for the online shop (Outdoor Life) apply to purchase contracts with private customers and companies that are concluded via the online shop. The general terms and conditions also extend to purchase contracts via web order form, telephone and email. All details not expressly stated are regulated in the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR). 2a GmbH will subsequently become the seller
called.
2. Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded based on the customer's order by filling out and confirming the web order form. The automatically generated order confirmation occurs immediately after the goods in the shopping cart have been sent. With the customer's order and acceptance by the seller, the customer undertakes to accept the goods and pay.
3. Prices
All prices are given in CHF. Shipping costs are charged based on weight; these are waived for purchases over CHF 300.00. Modules can be picked up on site or shipped if desired.
Shipping costs abroad are calculated based on effort and are charged separately. All price information on the online shop or verbal price information is non-binding and may be subject to change. The prices can be changed by the seller at any time and without prior notice.
4. Payment Terms
Delivery will only take place after receipt of payment. The following payment options are available: transfer via credit card (Master, Visa, etc.) or bank transfer.
Orders abroad are only processed against advance payment.
5. Delivery conditions
Deliveries will be made as quickly as possible. The customer will receive a notification by email as soon as their order has been shipped.
For partial deliveries or advance deliveries, the express consent of both contracting parties must be present.
6. Transport risk
The customer bears the transport risk when the goods leave our place of business. If the delivery is damaged during transport, we recommend having a report drawn up by the transport company and informing the seller within 3 working days. Shipments of goods within Switzerland are insured by the transport company up to CHF 500.00 (damage, loss or incorrect delivery).
7. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made.
8. Right of return/exchange
Notices of defects or complaints regarding incorrect or incomplete goods delivered must be made in writing within 14 days of the shipping date.
There is no right of return for goods that were made at the customer's specific request or were ordered from the manufacturer exclusively for the customer. All other goods not listed above can only be returned or exchanged with the written consent of the seller. The goods must be returned in the original, unopened packaging in perfect condition. The resulting additional costs for shipping and the transport risk are borne by the buyer. The seller reserves the right to charge a one-off processing fee of CHF 20.00.
9. Warranty services
The guarantee for all products is granted according to the manufacturer's guarantee, which begins on the day of dispatch. Warranty cases can be submitted to the seller at their expense upon presentation of the invoice or original receipt. The seller or manufacturer decides whether the goods are replaced,
repaired or the purchase value refunded. Further claims are excluded.
The prerequisite for a warranty claim are verifiable defects that are recognized in the manufacturer's warranty and which arise, for example, from faulty materials or production errors. Any warranty is void if the buyer has made changes to the product or the goods have been used improperly.
10. Liability
The seller rejects any liability claims. In particular, product descriptions and information, illustrations or technical data sheets from the manufacturer are not guaranteed. Any liability is rejected for damage resulting from improper handling and use or natural causes
due to wear. Improper use also applies to the purchaser

11. Privacy Policy
You can read our data protection regulations here. These provisions are an integral part of our general terms and conditions. We only take the absolutely necessary information for the order. We use this to process the order and to make the next purchase as pleasant as possible for multiple customers. We do not pass on your personal data, including your address and email address, to third parties. Ours are excluded from this

12. Place of Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising from these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) is the seller's registered office. Only Swiss law applies.
